GENERAL TERMS & RENTAL CONDITIONS

RENTAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS :

All cancellations must be notified to the lessor.

Weather-related cancellation:
Rescheduling or full refund, excluding applicable bank and credit card fees, if navigation is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions.

Cancellation more than 30 days before the rental date:
Full refund of the 50% deposit, excluding credit card fees.

Cancellation between 30 and 8 days before the rental date:
The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining balance is not due.

Cancellation 7 days or less before the rental date:
100% of the total rental amount is due (deposit + balance).

Refunds:
Applicable bank and credit card processing fees are deducted from any refunded amount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

For all rentals, a security deposit or credit card pre-authorization may be required in accordance with the rental agreement.

The renter is responsible for any damage to the yacht or its equipment resulting from negligence or misuse during the rental period, in accordance with the signed rental agreement.

The renter acknowledges the inherent risks associated with recreational boating and agrees to comply with the safety requirements and obligations set out in the rental agreement.

IMMIGRATION & CLEARANCE FEES :

Immigration and clearance fees are not included in the yacht rental price and are charged separately where applicable.

* Saint Martin to Saint Barthélemy: €23 per guest
* Saint Martin to Anguilla: €40 per guest
* Saint Barthélemy to Anguilla: €63 per guest

NATURE RESERVE FEES :

Nature reserve fees are not included in the yacht rental price and are charged separately where applicable.

* Saint Martin: €7 per guest

CREDIT CARD FEES :

Once your rental details have been confirmed, a secure payment link will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the rental date.

A 4% credit card processing fee applies to each payment made by credit card.
