INFORMATIONS YACHT YES DARLING - OPERA 60'

The Opera 60 is a unique Italian creation, known for its bold design, comfort and originality. With capacity for up to 30 guests, YES DARLING is the world’s largest semi-rigid pleasure yacht — combining privacy, style and outstanding stability at sea.

Inspired by racing legends, YES DARLING features a design paying tribute to the iconic Porsche 917, whose timeless shapes and Gulf blue-and-orange colors marked the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This spirit of performance and elegance lives on through the yacht’s distinctive look.

From the large shaded deck and spacious sundeck to the comfortable indoor lounge and shower, YES DARLING offers the freedom to enjoy the sea in complete comfort — whether at anchor or underway. The boat is available for private bareboat rental (coque nue), in accordance with French pleasure navigation regulations.

GENERAL TERMS AND RENTAL CONDITIONS

RENTAL CANCELLATION :
All cancellations must be notified to the lessor.
Postponement or full refund in the event of cancellation due to bad weather
A cancellation more than one month before the rental day do by the hirer, 100% of the amount paid for the reservation will be returned to the hirer.
If cancellation occurs between 5 and 29 days before departure, 50% of the contractual amount will be retained by the lessor.
If cancellation occurs less than 4 days before departure, the full rental amount will be charged.
In case of any refund, the credit card fees will be deducted from the refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
For all rentals, the Hirer's credit card details will be recorded by the Lessor in the event of damage to the boat.
Any damage incurred during the rental period due to negligence will be charged to the registered credit card.
In consideration of the Company Owner of the Boat authorizing the customer to use the boat and its equipment, the customer agrees to assume the foreseeable and unforeseeable risk of personal injury related to the activity and agrees to release the Company Owner from all liability.

IMMIGRATION TAXES (Clearance) :
They are not include in the total price, the immigration costs are the following ones :
From SXM to SBH : 23€/pax
From SXM to AXA : 35€/pax
From SBH to AXA : 35€/pax

NATURE RESERVE FEES :
They are not include in the total price, the Nature reserve Fees costs are the following ones :
For SXM and SBH : 7€/person

CREDIT CARD FEES :
To book the boat, the Company owner of the boat send you an email to confirm all the details to prepare your day on board. In the same email, you will have a payment link (€) so you can pay the deposit and the balance due.
4% of fees (cc fees) will be applied to each payment.
